how can i fix my 2002 ford mondeo?

hi any help gratefully recieved. my car stsrts and drives perfecly from cold ocasionally when the engine is hot it behaves like its out of petrol, if you pull over turn off the car and start it again its fine please help??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

when you press the button to close my electric windows it usually goes up on its own if you press the button right down but you have to hold it now on all four windows why is this?
