If this is a Dyson CR02 it is at least 5 years old as Dyson ceased all production of washing machines in that year.
Originally it was, I believe, guaranteed for two years.
UNPLUG THE APPLIANCE BEFORE TRYING TO LOOK INSIDE THE MACHINE.
F15 is usually a blockage in the pump hose, a failed pump or even a blocked outside drain.
F11 is more sinister. It usually indicates that the fuse on the circuit board has blown. So re-set the Fault code replace the fuse and job done. But only if you're very lucky.
Occasionally fuses do fail for no reason but normally they are an indication of a real problem with the machine and this can range from a gearbox starting to fail or one of the motors. Dyson charge around a £100 to sort it out, but it has to be said that they are very good.
The answer is to re-set the fault code once and if the fault re-appears you need an engineer.
