how can I fix my vokera syntesi 29 combi-boiler?

my vokera syntesi combi-boiler works ok when first switched on, after a couple of hrs, the boiler becomes noisy and the burner will not fire up even though the thermostat light is on, if i then turn up the thermostat to full the burner fires up.
