Mend Toshiba L300 Broken Usb Port

Changing broken USB Port?

I have a Toshiba sat L300 and have 2 USB ports, both of which are broken, is this something I can fix myself, and if so where qwould I go to buy a USB port, .. if it is not something Ican do myself how much would I expect to pay to get both USB Ports replaced
