Mend Worcester Bosch 240 Boiler Pressure Frozen

overflow pipe dripping constantly?

I have a worchester bosch 240 combi boiler and last night the overflow pipe was frozen I have since unblocked it and water gushed out at first and now drips constantly. The boiler pressure is 1 bar. Can anyone suggest the reason for this and how to fix it.

id give it a bit of time eg after this cold snap to sort itself - last night our boiler was doing same but has since sorted itself out
