Mend Halstead Boiler Combi Leak

whats causing my Halstead combi boiler to lose pressure via the overflow?

I have an old halstead combi boiler, about 10 years old i think, which keeps losing pressure. I have checked everywhere for leaks and none found. The boiler overflow just keeps flowing? can anyone help please?
