Mend Whirlpool ED22DOXDN00 Water Filling Slowly

What is making my water dispenser drip?

my Whirlpool side by side's water tray was filling up slowly... Now, I have found that the water is dripping abt every 2 sec's... The water is dripping from the end of a short black tube but I don't know if that's where the leak originates.

The fridge is a Whirlpool side by side, model #ED22DOXDN00.
