water filling slowdown?

After I start my LG wm1832cw and it finishes running water through the fabric softener shoot, it now has started to just trickle water slowly into the main detergent shoot instead of coming out full force. After a while the water comes on full flow but it might slow down again later before it finally finsishes and cuts off. Is this a sticking relay problem or is it a problem at all? It eventually fills up to a normal level.
