How can I fix my Moffat MEXE1055 Washing machine?

I would like to know how to fix my washing machine. It works for a while then it drains a bit and then the lights start to blink slowly on it. They don't blink like when it's paused or anything. and it stops working and the lights countinue to blink. any answers??
