how comes i have piping hot radiators,and cold water,but nothing comes out ?

if you have a combi boiler there is a tap under the boiler to isolate the cold going in. if u have a hot water cylinder u will have two water tanks in the loft one for filling central heating asmall one a large one that fills the cylinder if ball cock is stuck closed or feed pipe is blocked then no water will come out of the tap
