Potterton perfoma30 HE Central Heating Cutting out?

Kash. Worked ok for a couple of hrs after fiddling eith pump and divertor valve. Problem again

Kash. Checked pump, Spinning ok and ruuning also.
The divertor valve plunger is ok also. The divertor valve cold also.
Could it be sludge blocking CH system that all pipes are cold.

poor flow. either blockage as mentioned before or diverter is not letting water through sufficiently. after u removed the screw fro the front of the pump can u hear or see the bit inside spinning. if its spinning then its the above mentioned problems. if pumps is not spinning try rotating the head inside with either a screwdriver or alan key.

A1 full of pressure and no air as bleeding done. CH Pipes flow luke warm whilst pump hot.

I assume you filled the the heating system and pressurised it then bled it etc
