you should not need to take the door off to fix it , i was trying to look up a photo of this oven on , line.. is it a drop down door , if so drop it down , and try unscrew the black? pannel that is over the outer glass when the door is down" to get at the glass that has dropped into the door....their should be only 4 screws holding the pannel on , take it off if you can , and try fix the inner glass back , their should be screws holding it in place that have came out . i would say it was screwed in , because they would not use glue , with all that heat , but dont take the door off if its a drop down one , you dont need to ,,,,,,
