Mend Worcester 240BF Boiler Central Heating Diverter Diaphragm

no hot water on my worcester 240bf?

Boiler lights up but have no hot water i have changed the diverter diaphram and can see the micro switch working when demanding hot water.How ever central heating fine and can get hot water when on but only when set at a very slow pressure.
