Mend Fisher & Paykel GW52-K Shaft Seal Leaking

Drive shaft seal leaking?

Fisher & Paykel (Kelvinator) ECS washing macine. Model GW52-K. The drive shaft seal in the bottom of the bowl is leaking. How is this seal accessed & would I require specialist tooling to replace the seal.
