Mend Hygena Correctly Problem Started

fan not working correctly on turbo hygena electric cooker ?

problem started sometime ago when oven switched on, fan would remain stationary and would need to be touched with an object to get started. Situation now is that fan turning only intermittangly (slowly) with a droning or screeching sound.Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
