alarm fault on mondeo [52] diesel,double locks, but no flash of indicators imobiliser light on clock flashing, ok help!

i have a 2001 dodge neon with a scytek galaxy 5000rs alarm that was installed. everthing works great when the car is running. when you shut off the car and it sits for a couple of minutes then the alarm ill arm and disarm but the trunk release dont work and the door lock/unlock dont work until you remote start the car. can you help me with this issue.
