Mend Reverse Gear Easy

i cant get reverse gear is this a easy repair and how do i do it?

i can get all gears 1-5 but when i try to get reverse it wont go into gear .theres no grinding or anything,its as if somthing is blocking it.is this an easy job to do and how is it done.
