Mend Mercedes-Benz ML350 Car Work Lights

how can i fix my gearbox?

i have a ml350 all of a sudden my car wont go into reverse its been fine then all of a sudden wont work lights come on but it wont move,tried filling transmission fluid but made no difference car also moves when put in park which is strange any ideas?
