how can i fix my fan?

How can I fix the fan in my fan assisted oven EOU6330. I have replace the element which works but now the fan does not. What is the problem and how can I remedy this please

replace the fan motor.don't use without the fan rotating as this can be the reason the elements fail as they over heat!
