Mend Peugeot 406 1.9D Immobiliser Start Problem

peugeot 406 1.9d. immboiliser?

hi,can any one help me.its my immboiliser, on my peugeot 406 1.9d put in my code but will not start.red light comes on then green,it bleeps when you put the code in but it will not go. green flag man said that the immboiliser can be taken out of the car,but how. thanks.
