the rear interior heaters have stopped working the climate control says the rear heaters are on and working but neither of the fans (located in the passenger footwell and drivers footwell)come on
try earthing out each pin with the power still going to heater to see which wire is the earth may be fault in resistor pack i would also follow wires and ckeck for any chaffing signs of water or corosion causing a bad earth

have got 12v at motor but no earth dont have wiring diagram but the 2 wires from the motor is connected to a resisor pack and there is 3 other wires connected to the resistor pack and i dont know what to test for on these 3 wires should one be a earth?

test for power leaving switch to heaters and check for power getting to heaters also check heaters are getting an earth
