Only warm water coming from my Triton Opal shower?

I have an Triton Opal shower that although all appears to work in every other aspect I only have luke warm water coming from the shower head. The heat setting lights operate ok, but I have to turn the pressure to a minimum to get any heat at all. Can anyone help please, the weather is freezing & the shower not much better!
