Mend Triton Bewitch Temperature Pressure Water

switches from high to low power?

my triton bewitch shower - i turn it on, full power it works for a few minutes then automatically switches to (the bottom button) and reduces power and goes cold. after a rew mins it will go back to high power (top button) and resume to warm temperature. this continues for the whole time the shower is being used. please advise.
i have contacted our water supplier but no reports of sudden low water pressure in our area.

Sounds like overheating due to low flow. Check the hose isn't kinked, and that the head spray plate isn't blocked with scale. Run the shower just on the hose, with the head unscrewed to check. If it still doeas it, check the supply pressure and flow rate are adequate. Check that any isolating valves are fully open, and that any inlet strainer is clear of debris and not scaled up. What area are you in? Local pressure depends on supplier and area. Are you on the ground floor of a single property, or do you share a supply (flat conversion) or live higher than the 2nd floor?

It sounds like your temperature presser valve needs replacing if the shower is less than twelve months old it may be still under warranty
