Mend Hoover HDC6UK Repair Appliance Motor

my HDC6 hoover tumble dryer wont stay on?

My Hoover HDC6UK tumble dryer only works after I have repeatedly pressed the on switch - you can hear the motor starting but it doesn't stay on. What can I do to repair this, it's not the switch.
