Mend Vokera 24e Boiler Heating Freezing

pressure in boiler?

I have a vokera maxin 24e boiler the pressure is on 0 how do i fill it with water? i can find no filling loop or any tap to fill it. the only pipes are the flow, retun cold hot gas and vent. im out of ideas and freezing any advice would be greatly appreciated
