Mend Ford Transit Van Start Cold

ford transit r reg 2.5 d?

van will not start on cold mornings goes with a bump and is fine all day next morning same problem new battery put on still same problem whilst turning key get a high pitch whinning noise then battery drains please help

some times u can get clutch drag if clutch is on its way out dip the clutch when starting

have u got the right grade oil in it should be 5/30 . i had been putting 15/40 in . and had the same problem change oil .15/40 was fine in summer
