honeywell humidifier model #HE360-A?

I have a Honeywell wholehouse humidifier that every year at the start of the heating season I have to replace ( the electronic portion that includes the fan) fortunatly, Home Depot has been kind enough to replace it for free, I have replaced four or five units. the motor on the unit does not run, therefore there isn't any water going through the coils. I had a professional check it twice and they can't find anything wrong with it, other than some coil inside the electronics.Any suggestions?
