Bosch SGV43A03GB Dishwasher will not heat?

Anyone know where I couold get the circuit diagram for this machine? The heating element is Ok (24.6 ohms) but the water does not heat on any setting. I need a schematic or wiring diagram to trace the circuit and find the faulty component. Anyone help with a solution or diagram?
