Mend Matsui MF2S Dishwasher Repair Heating Element

how can i repair my dishwasher matsui mf2s?

what is happing is when the dishwasher goes to heat cycle .
nothing is happing all the other programs on the timer is ok .
i have had the heat element checkout it was ok so i change the timer . but still this problem is still happing?
also this machine is only just over 12 months so can you help?

Is there any chance you could explain how you changed the Timer as I need to change mine on my MF2S
