how can i get this started?

hi im going to buy a great looking car and it wont start the local garage says it is the immobiliser how car i get this fixed coz i like the car that much im not going to give in tnx

Maybe if you gave us a few clues..................
Make/year/model of car/standard factory fit security or aftermarket/how do they know it's the immobiliser/have you done any tests to ascertain this for yourself/why haven't they fixed it themselves/does it have all the keys .
