How can I fix my Hoover Nextra Mega Load HNF6167?

My washing machine has stopped taking the fabric conditioner into the drum. Also, sometimes it doesn't rinse or drain properly. I have done a very hot maintenance wash, checked the filter and hoses but can't see an obvious cause. Any suggestions?
