Mend Triton Ivory 4 Water Shower Flow

no water at all from triton ivory4?

i replaced my old shower with a new Triton Ivory 4. However there is no water flow whatsoever. There is water as I have disconnected the inlet and got wet!! There is a supply to the unit from the switch. I followed the Commissioning instructions but not a drop...any ideas please. Thanks
