Mend Triton T90xr Shower Water

How can i fix my Triton T90xr shower head? ?

Shower comes on ok, and water temp is good, but the water is coming out the sides of the shower head rather than the normal place. it was when i was adjusting the flow that this happened. can i open the shower head without breaking it?
