First you should check for a blockage in the hose or the sprayhead. When these are clear then you should fit a new pressure relief device (PRD) which is situated on the bottom of the element assembly (can). It can be ordered direct from Triton. It can be done with all the insides in place. You just need to see where it is and have nimble fingers. Loosen off all the screws so that all the parts are clear of the back plate and don't fall off. Take out the PRD push in the new one complete with new O ring then fit back together. SWITCH OFF ELECRICITY FIRST. if in doubt call an engineer out. It may be cheaper to buy a new shower than to call out a Triton engineer.
