Proline TDC6A not heating, heater elemants are ok?

if you let the water container fill to full the dryer goes into cool down mode as not to collect anymore water, try the following - remove water container then go behind machine, there is a small rubber cap at the base of machine, pull it out but be ready for about half pint of water that is held in the dryer, draining this will take the machine out of cool down mode, replace rubber cap then replace water container hey presto HEAT! needs to be done every time you let water container fill up so best to empty container before you dry a load saves having to pull it out & go through the above process
