Mend Honda Fob Longer Works

honda immobiliser can it be removed?

the fob for the alarm and immobiliser no longer works i was told to pull the plug on the wires for the alarm but the car will not start can you take out or bypass the immobiliser .i know it was the first ones they put in and they have some teething problems but if they put it in can,t it come out
