low pressure in shower?

I recentley had a new shower fitted and the pressure dropped its fed from the tank in the loft cold water with a thermostate on the bar I have had a number of plumbers out all with different opinions and high fees the house is 10 years old
can a pump be fitted some have said a combi will solve problem
