Mend Morgan Electro Ceramics Spark Ignition Working

How to fix mains powered spark ignition?

a Morgan Eletro Ceramics mains sparker has stopped working. The circuit board looks fine except a glass 2 pin component which looks like a blown light bulb.
Any advice on this component please?
