hi andy, i have the same problem and the same boiler and did the grey tap thing, now theres water dripping from the bottom of the boiler, called gloworm no response, installer unavailable and two small freezing children in the house, HELP!!

Hi Peter, there are two gray taps underside of the boiler. Open the right hand tap ninety degrees, then the left hand the same. Instantly this will start to top up your system, when the system is at 1.6bar shut off both by returning the taps to their original position, left hand first.
