Mend Electrolux Aquacycle 1200 Zanussi Washing Fabric

Why won't my zanussi aquacycle 1200 washing maching take fabric sofener?

My Zanussi electrolux (essential) 1200 washing machine has stopped taking the fabric sofener. It stays in the drawer once the cycle has finished. Wot could be the problem?

i've tried cleaning the tray in the dishwasher and poking out the gunge from the water holes but it is still not dispensing the fabric conditioner

I have cleaned the drawer and in where the drawer
goes but it still not working right any suggestions

Mine did the same. You need to take the fabric conditioner tray out. Remove as much as you can. If you have a dishwasher, then stick it in there and it will give it a thorough clean. My worked fine after that.

could also be the holes in the conveyor (bit above conditioner compartment).holes get blocked and go black and mouldy inside and stops water coming through the softner compartment.

Almost certainly the syphon tube is blocked. Lft the top off the fabric conditioner drawer and give all the parts a good clean.
