Mend JVC DVL510 Camcorder Stuck

Tape wont come out of JVC DVL510?

HI, I inserted a NEW head cleaner in a gr DVL510 Jvc mini cam recorder

I did it's thing, then when I went to eject it, it won't give it up. I recycles, but I think I see the tape inside, against the head.

It has been a PITA cam since I owned it, but has been good lately.

Any advice how to get the tape out?
