How to fix heater?

R reg citroen zx only blows cold air and wont warm up there is nothing wrong with the thermostat and all coolant pipes are hot any ideas on how to fix?

i have a citroen berlingo the heat from the fan blows cold its not the thermostat that working ok what can it be.

hi mike,where the switch is to turn your heating from hot to cold this is normally a solid wire cable check that this cable has not bent or come away common for these to bendhence you think it has moved off cold to hot but has not, hope you understand this & best of luck
