Mend Puma 80 Combi Boiler Home Heating Pressure

boiler won't turn on?

I have a Puma 80 combi boiler and even though the pilot light is on the boiler won't turn on. I have just noticed that the pressure had dropped below the safe limit. Is that why it's happened and what do I need to do to fix it?
