Mend NEFF S5443X1 Dishwasher Problem Reset

NEFF Dishwasher pump doesn't stop?

The washer (NEFF S5443X1 GB/13) was interrupted during a cycle and now - even after a reset - the pump doesn't stop?
Anyone any ideas what's wrong?
