How can I fix my Whirlpool super capacity 465 electric oven?

The elements in the oven are not heating up and the red light does not come on when we move the dial to bake or boil and set the oven temperature dial. The red light comes on and the surface elements heat up. it is only the oven that is not working. Thanks
