Mend Strong CG5660-M Working Lock Appears

How can I get it working when it says "No signal"?

I have a CG5660-M unit when plugged in it shows a green light under Lock and then screen appears with D V B-T and logo. When press for channel it changes to the desired channel with the same logo but with the addition of "NO SIGNAL"
The box is properly connected to the aerial cable and I do not have a remote for it.
