Mend Hoover HNC 770 T Leaks Machine Year

Everytime I use my Hoover HNC 770 T it leaks. Why?

The machine is 1 year old. I regularly take the water resevoir out from the top, I take the fluff out of the fluff collector, I take the condenser out for a clean and hoover the wall at the back of the condenser chamber. Any ideas anyone? It will be most helpful as we have laminate floor!
