Mend Heating Shower System

hot watrer goes cold?

I have hot water for about 30/40 seconds then it cuts out and runs cold, then fires up again to hot , this keeps repeating (pain when having a shower dont know if its hot or cold ) can anyone advise thanks

depends on what model boiler.. sounds like plate to plate heat exchanger blocked up....this can be removed and cleaned or replaced...
