how can i get the boot on power steering arm off?

forgot to add, you WILL need either a ball joint splitter (fork & hammer version) or the compression version which you use with a big spanner to split the track rod end apart

disconnect the track rod end on the affected side count the number of turns exactly to remove it ,remove the torn steering gaiter, fit the new gaiter, turn back on the track rod the correct number of turns refit to the steering arm seal using ratchet ties
