Mend Renault Movano Cables Gear Box

cable problem ?

hi i fitted new cables 2 my movano and still cant get first geer and fifth gear .ive recently had the box out and had all the bearings done ,and refited it 2day ive been told there is 2 different size cables and fitted both but still cant get gears .help this van is doin me head in
